Haiti Relief Effort to Benefit from Low and No Reserve Auction

Moniker.com has released its list of premium domain names for its live
and extended online auction at the DOMAINfest Global 2010 conference.
The live auction is scheduled for Thursday 28 January. There will also
be a low- and no-reserve auction for a package of 51 names, with 50% of
the sale proceeds to benefit PAZAPA (www.siloe.org), a nonprofit
organization that provides care, treatment, and education for
handicapped children in Haiti.

2009 Sees Record Number of .FI Domains Registered

A record number of .FI-domain names were registered in 2009. The total
of registrations was  48,009 taking the total number of registrations to
225,625 at the end of the year.

Changes to Registration of .CO Domain Names Coming Soon

As of 7 February there are changes to the manager of the .CO
(Colombia) registry and to the registration policies.

The new company managing the .CO registry will be Internet SAS and to
coincide with them taking over the registry management the following
changes to registration policies are being implemented, the most
